Modular Home Construction
and Addition Project Options

Comprehensive:

Carbide is responsible for all site preparation, foundation construction (if new home) or current home preperation to receive modular addition (if addition project), setting of the modular components, completion of all interior  work including but not limited to carpeting, trim, electrical, and plumbing, and will include site clean-up and seeding of the lawn.  As an owner, choosing the Comprehensive approach will require the least amount of work from you.

Foundation and Essential Completion:

Carbide is responsible for site preparation, foundation construction (if new home) or current home preperation to receive modular addition (if addition project), setting of the modular components and construction of the actual final roof.  Then, the homeowner must finish the project.  With approximatly 15% of the work project work remaining, Carbide will supply information to assist a homeowner chosing to complete their project in this manner.  A portion of Carbide's price includes design services, consultation, instruction manuals...most everything necessary to assure a smooth transition and expedient completion of the project.  The cost savings with this method can be significant.

Setting and Roofing

This method is the most inexpensive to a homeowner.  You are responsible for preperation of the site, construction of the foundation (if new construction) or preperation of the existing structure (if an addition), and crane expense needed for setting the modular units.  Carbide will then set the modular units and construct the actual final roof.  The remainder of the work must then be completed by you.
